Regarding Environmental and Social issues: Sceptre Investment Management Ltd. has arrangements with the Sceptre Foundation (www.sceptre.foundation), through which all activities of a philanthropic nature are undertaken. We expect this will result in significant improvements in net environmental and social impact of our investments.

We expect and seek good governance from the management of all our investments. We aim for good governance ourselves.
